The eRImote project Kick-off Meeting took place in a hybrid format on 28 and 29 June 2022 at DESY, Hamburg, Germany. The meeting aimed at bringing together the eRImote consortium for the first time to agree on a concrete, overall work plan, to discuss the planned work for the individual work packages (WPs) and to identify the next steps for the project activities.
23 eRImote members participated in the Kick-off Meeting, four of them in virtual mode. The participants included representatives from all project beneficiaries, Affiliated Entities (AEs) as well as Associated Partners(APs) and WP leaders and their members.
About eRImote: In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the scientific community responded very quickly to provide solutions for remote access which highlights the importance of open science in research. The eRImote project is the first to consider solutions for digital and remote service provision across RI domains and to look for transferable practices and new developments that will improve accessibility and resilience of RI infrastructures.
