LEAPS IDEA is a taskforce dedicated to Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Anti-discrimination.
It has published the strategic paper “LEAPS IDEA A Toolbox of Best Practices at LEAPS Facilities‘ with a selection of best practice IDEA examples implemented by some LEAPS facilities. A toolbox of easy-to-implement actions to serve as inspiration and provide a starting point for all research facilities to implement their own tailored activities targeting specific dimensions of diversity.
During the 4th LEAPS Plenary Meeting, the LEAPS IDEA taskforce organized a discussion with a talk on “Science of Inclusion – Gender Perspective in Research” by expert Sonja Estradé, University of Barcelona.
